General Manager
Looking for a change of pace after working as a marketing project manager, Carina began her career with NGAV as the face of the office in 2021, answering calls and checking flights in and out. In 2022, she became Office Manager and today serves as General Manager of North Georgia Aviation. Prospective clients, students, and staff soon learn that Carina is both an assertive go-getter and a warm, welcoming caretaker. Her sunny personality and love of good fellowship have imbued NGAV with similar qualities and have set the tone for both customer service and employee engagement. NGAV is a family that is invested in the long-term aviation goals and successes of its clients, students, and staff. A highlight of her time with NGAV was organizing the 2023 Halloween Fly-in event, which saw a record 4,000 attendees and featured 35 aircraft! Carina is married to Wade Allen, NGAV’s assistant chief flight instructor, whom she met while at Young Harris College. She is a competitive softball player and won a national championship with YHC her junior year. She credits God and her family for her accomplishments and is thankful for the opportunity to do what she loves every day.
